    Hi,

    I received a ‘Payment successfully processed’ email:

    Billed to: 922furniture, (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    August 03, 2023 Receipt ID: 179224
    Payment method: Credit Card (Stripe)

    This was billing using a different website. I don’t really understand this at all. I have 3 sites connected on WooCommerce, all seem to be tied to 922 furniture but they are each independent so each should be billed individually. This is just getting messy.

    How do I sort this out?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    I’m really not understanding this. I received an email from WordPress about a payment, looks like a payment for using Blaze. This came to 922 Furniture instead of the website being promoted. 922Furniture is linked by a single sign on of some sort and seems to be the parent account. I don’t really know how this all works but the payment email basically went to the wrong place, I can’t find the invoice for it anywhere, not even sure where it should be found. Can’t see it in the 922Furniture account. Doesn’t matter if you don’t host the site, WordPress sent the payment email so I expect to be able to find an invoice from WordPress, its probably incorrectly invoiced to “922 Furniture” too.

    Can you please help me with this? I expected just to login and access any invoices for payments made without any issue.

    Also is there a way I can contact WP directly by email without using forums?

    Thank you for that additional information.

    It’s possible if you’re using Blaze, that you have a Jetpack account and the site is in use with Jetpack.

    When using Blaze, do you remember signing into a WordPress account or a Jetpack account?
