Hi,
I could not find any purchases made with the WordPress.com account “stephensfea”.
Could you share the URL of the site you were charged for?
Let us know, and we’ll be happy to help!
-
How strange! I have been billed for 1310 SEK, the transaction called WORDPRESS.
At least could you please stop any future Billings as I do not use WordPress. Earlier I used the email (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I do not use Outlook any more

Hi there,
Thank you for the transaction information. I’m removing that information since it is in a public thread. I was able to find the charge – it is not under the account you are contacting us from, but rather the WordPress.com accountfateejit. Do you have the login credentials for that account? I see that the charges are 21 days past the refund window, but let’s see if we can help you regain access.
Let us know if you do not, and we’ll assist you in regaining access since you have confirmed ownership. Thanks! -
Hi, and thank you for your excellent service. Unfortunately, I am not able to regain access. I simply do not have any record of my login details.
I am really obliged if you can help me regain access. Thanks again.

Hi there,
As mentioned previously, we do not see any upgrades under your @stephensfea WordPress.com account on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
I can confirm that truephiles.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @stephensfea login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to assist you further. Thanks!

Hello again, you are correct, the most recent site was truephiles.com. I do not have any login details. Following the link you provided did not get me there. Is it not just possible to close the site (all sites) and cancel any further billing? There is nothing on those pages, I don’t want them and I therefore do not want to pay for them. Is that not possible? Thanks again!

Hey there,
We need to verify the account before any changes can be made to the site or the account. This prevents unauthorized changes. Please follow the steps provided above to recover access to the account, and we will be happy to assist you with this further. Thanks!

I have followed the information above, but I just keep getting into a loop, ending up in “stephensfea”. But there are no billing or payment details for that account. It seems clear that the amount that was billed was for “truephyles”. You were obviously able to connect me to fateejit and you were also able to see charges. As you wrote above: “WordPress.com account
fateejit. Do you have the login credentials for that account? I see that the charges are 21 days past the refund window, but let’s see if we can help you regain access.”. I have tried to reset the password for fateejit but I keep getting redirected to “stephensfea”.
I also tried to do the Account Recovery, but it does not recognize the Receipt information (which you already confirmed!):Here is the form:
“The receipt does not appear to be valid.

When I try to log in I keep ending up in a loop that sends me back to “stephenfea”. No billing / payments are shown there, so I’m thinking the amount charged must be for “truephyles”

Apologies for the confusion, but yes, since you already confirmed ownership, we can cancel those subscriptions for you. I will email you privately to continue the discussion and see if we can get you back into the account. Because the Outlook email you said was connected to the account is not the email. I’ll email you shortly. Thanks!
-
Hello,Yes, I now have access to the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to confirm, I want to to cancel the subscriptions for the domain truephiles.com along with the Creator Plan. Please cancel all subscriptions that I have at WordPress.Thank you so much for your help.Regards,Stephen Collins
