    This sounds like your site might be hosted by another company. You can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and self-hosted or WordPress.org sites here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    I was charged for three purchases but all I wanted to do was merge my old account with a new one I am a complete technophobe The bank has the three numbers I have paid for The account I want to use is the old one with my poems etc on it
