  Hello, getting billed anually and need to get a refund and cancel but I dont see it listed under my purchase. It was for a blog I created in 2019 0r 2020 I deleted and cancel the subcription but I keep getting billed. Please help! the domain was called prechecktravel.com

  It looks like the subscription is still active with auto-renewal on. We can still cancel and issue a refund for the most recent renewal.

  Could you please follow the steps here to locate the transaction ID for the recent payment and send it to our billing team at billingsupport@wordpress.com? They will be happy to assist you with canceling and issuing a refund.
