Billing

    Hello,

I received an invoice from our accounting department and I cannot understand where it originated from. Could you please clarify the circumstances leading to this charge? Below are the domain names under my ownership: https://twt-innovation.de/ and https://twt-gmbh.de. The last one is inactive; therefore, I am puzzled by any associated charges.

Could you kindly advise on the necessary steps to seek reimbursement for this automatic charge? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on deactivating the old site to prevent future charges.

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    Nicole – Xanthi Vartziotis

    Hi there!

I just took a look and unfortunately, it seems that we don’t have any record of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into. But don’t worry, we still want to help you out as much as we can.

To get started, could you please provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ ? This will help us to identify the transaction and provide you with the assistance you need.

To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.

    For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.

If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.

I hope this information helps you out! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
