  My domain transfer was cancelled, but it does not look like I was refunded. Can you please look into this for me?

  I have processed a full refund of US$13.80 for the domain transfer cost of your domain name igivit.org.

  While this refund is immediate on our part, it can usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. If you still haven’t received it by then, your card issuer or bank is the best person to contact.
