I was charged $84.75 without permission. I have no active billing history that shows this charge. I’m wondering how I can go about cancelling this and getting my money back. It’s stupid that I can only speak to a rep if I have a paid plan. I was charged so aren’t I on a paid plan?!

It is possible that the charge was for a subscription owned by a different WordPress.com account to the one you checked. This would explain why you do not see the transaction in the billing history for that particular account.
