Billing and Access

  Two Questions:
  1. We have an employee who started all initiation on the site, but now we want all the billing to go through another account on our membership- how would we go about this?
  2. My email login for WordPress doesn’t work when I try to access the account management- how is this reset?

  Hello,

  The site we are using wordpress for is: brkthrugroup.com. The wordpress page we use is: https://wordpress.com/home/brkthrugroup.com

  We are experiencing issues w/ our WordPress account login, billing information association w. correct admin and secondary login issues. My login (@trentington) lets me into the address listed above. I am able to see all of the setting options along the sidebar on the left hand side. The tricky part is that when I go to click on anything else (click on security and then to advanced user settings) I get an error that says “Unknown email address.” We are very confused as to why this happens or what next steps to take.
