  I would like to downgrade my subscription from the Business plan to the Personal plan. I’ve been told I need to contact support to do this. Please can you help?

  For which site is this? The account you’re using to post here last owned any upgrades with us in 2019.

  Make sure you’re logged into the account that owns the site and upgrades in question. Then the support form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact should connect you straight to live chat support.
