billing and baying a theme. why can't I?

  Don’t understand how billing functions. I want to buy the profile theme.

  The premium themes sold here can only be purchased for WordPress.COM hosted blogs like http://martinmoreiraphoto.wordpress.com/

  To make your purchase you must be logged in be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Store > My Upgrades

  I noticed that and suspect this blogger thinks he can purchase a premium theme for a WordPress.ORG install here when he can’t. He needs to contact Organic Themes for a copy designed to run on WordPress.ORG software.

  Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
