Hi there!
I can see that you’ve already canceled the subscriptions for holliedixondotcom.wordpress.com on your account but there’s another user, wizzouk, who also has paid subscriptions on that site. You will want to reach out to them asking to cancel the subscriptions from their end.
Once that is done, you’ll be able to remove the site completely.

I contacted my bank when I saw there was a chArge to my card. I used the card for a one time transaction. My grandson had s website on some format and the data had to be transferred to word press before being able to be uploaded somewhere else. I allowed him to use it for that one time use, not for any renewal.
He said he would contact you. I couldn’t find a phone number, so I initiated a claim immediately with my bank. I still see the charge and the fee. Please reverse the charge if it hasn’t been completed already

I’ll be happy to get this sorted out for you. What is the URL of the site that you were billed for?
If you’ve filed a dispute with the bank you’ll want to ask them to remove it. It’s not possible for us to issue a refund when that dispute is in place. Our refund will take about 10 days to reach you.
