Billing and getting receipts

  Hello, I would like to get a receipt. It it my card on file, but I only have limited access to account.

  Hi there,

  You should be able to see your billing history under Store in the dashboard. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

  Please let me know if this didn’t solve your problem.

  Hello and thank you for your quick response. I did that, logged in and everything but nothing was listed. I believe my role needs to change so that I can also have access to billing history/receipts. Since it is my card on file I am hoping WordPress will be able to do this for me or at least send me copies of the receipts. I have also reached out to the Happy Engineers team as well. Thank you again.

  Furthermore, there are no sites on your account, so please use the following tool to determine if the purchase you’re referring to is associated with WordPress.com or not.
