Billing and reciept

When I click on the link in the Renewal email it takes me to a page that says I have no receipts. I need one and I need previous ones so list to pay for this service in the future. Please assist and clarify.

You asked the same question a year ago and were told by a member of staff that you were logged in to the wrong account. Log out from this account, perhaps clear cache and then click the renewal link in the email/
