The domain arcitdept.com is not mapped to any WordPress.com site.
Also, the Domain Mapping Upgrade for unipal.com.au is owned by another WordPress.com user, not arcitdept.
If you’d like to cancel the Domain Mapping Upgrade for unipal.com.au, please re-submit this request from the WordPress.com user account that owns this Upgrade.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

The other user account is spadvt and that user is deleted. The staff associated with that account has also left the company. We do want to cancel whole account (arcitdept as well). unipal.com.au domain is already expired (was with Godaddy). Please let me know if there is anything i need to provide to prove that it is owned by “arcitdept” as well other than “spadvt”

I’ve removed the Domain Mapping Upgrade for unipal.com.au and refunded the associated charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
