billing apartment unit required filled

    Hi when my customers try to purchase my products they are asked for an apartment, suite or unit number as mandatory field but houses obviously do not require. They are unable to go through to PayPal to complete payment. People are only having this issue when purchasing through phone. How can I fix this?
