billing auto renew

    why did my auto renew come out after 11 months, I purchased a bundle January 16, 2011 should it not renew in January not December?? Please help

    All upgrades on auto-renew are renewed a month in advance. This is to insure that we do not experience some kind of glitch and for example lose our domains in the duration. Thought the renewal is done a month in advance we still get the full year’s coverage.
