Billing Automatic Renewal

Trying to confirm automatic renewal payment cleared/processed. Not seeing a charge. payment was scheduled for end of December 2015.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I go to Manage Purchases; then Upgrade Now; then select blog.zingerhardware.com; then domain (primary) and it tells me the mapping will expire Jan. 7. When I click on the Payment Settings button it reroutes me back to the beginning.

Hi there,
I can confirm that the mapping upgrade for blog.zingerhardware.com has been renewed until 2017, along with the Premium Plan connected to it, but both those upgrades belong to a different WordPress.com account, which is why you’re not able to renew them from this account.
If you log into the account that owns those upgrades you should be able to see the receipts on the Billing History page.
