    Cancelled site but instead of receiving refund was billed again.

    Hi there!

    It looks like you only cancelled the WordPress.com Personal plan last year. The domain registration for rob-lee.ca, which is a separate purchase, had not been cancelled at that time and is what was renewed this year.

    It looks like you were able to cancel the domain and request a refund successfully earlier today. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
