    I no longer have the website or domain or email that was used for when I signed up for WordPress. The account was (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I can no longer access the website, email, or anything. I was charged for WordPress in January, that was discontinued…and am trying to reach WordPress to resolve.

    I am unable to provide the activation or URL code they are asking for. I can provide my website name or previous email. Someone can call me? [Edited to remove phone number]

    We don’t provide support over phone and I’ve redacted your phone number from this thread.

    The account recovery form will allow you to enter the transaction ID of the charge you were billed under the “Proof of Ownership” section – you don’t need an activation code or URL to fill the form out. Only fill out the information you have and include the email address where WordPress.com Support can get back in touch and they should be able to help you.
