    Hi,

    I was trying out the Premium Plan. I paid 135.60
    However, I wanted to try the Free version since Premium didn’t allow plugins. The free version couldn’t host a website. Therefore I bounced back into Premium and paid 135.60 again.

    I am being refunded 102 from my first purchase. When the domain is supposed to be free for the first year. Could you help me?

    I’ll be continuing with Premium and would like a full refund of the cancelled plan. Thanks.

    The domain is only refundable for 48 hours. Where as the hosting plan has a longer refund window.

    Plugin incorporation happens with the business or ecommerce plan. That has the necessary infrastructure for you to remain secure and safe in our managed environment but also extend your functionality with plugins. It is a really solid option, and what you’ll need to use plugins. Try the monthly option out to see what it does for your project and then you can upgrade to an annual plan once you know it’s a good fit.
