Billing Confusion
-
How can I access my billing information? If I am hosting my site with a third party platform, but have built my site on wordpress, I’d like to see what plan I’m on / how much it’s costing / etc.
For context, I am working on my company’s site, but we have changed staff and Ihave only been left with admin login info. I have been able to make changes to the site no problem, but can’t seem to find any evidence that we are paying for a WordPress plan. Though we certainly must be, right?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note: whatever auto generated link appeared above is not valid. The site I need help with is chemcreative.com

Also, I have already followed the simple google search protocol and have been led to the appropriate billing info pages (on multiple admin accounts).
The issue I am having is that- once logged into the admin accounts- I cannot see any evidence of billing. Is this information somewhere else entirely? Under a secret admin account that we no longer have access to?

Your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com, so you don’t pay anything for a plan here. The software WordPress is open source and free, and it’s provided at WordPress.org. WordPresss.com hosts websites. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You’ll pay 123ehost.com for the domain name and it looks like Media Temple for the hosting. No plan needed here! Hope that helps.
