Billing & Content Question

    Hey WordPress team,

    I had the WordPress business purchased for my site with the Elementor plugin installed where I had begun to draft a new version of my website.

    Since then, my account has been reverted back to the basic plan as I have a bill that I haven’t gotten around to as of yet.

    My question is, once I pay for the Business Plan once again, will I still have access to all of the content which was included in my Elementor or has all of this information and design been lost?

    If it has been lost, is there a way to get it all back?

    Hi there,

    None of your content was removed from the site when the plan expired. You just cannot see anything you used Elementor to display, because that plugin has been disabled. But the content still exists in the database.

    So once you re-purchase the Business Plan and re-enable Elementor your site should look as before. And if not, you should be able to restore a site backup from before the plan was removed.

    You won’t be able to re-purchase Business from the Upgrades section in the dashboard, so I’m sending you a link you can use to pay for the upgrade again. Let us know here once you’ve completed payment, and we can manually reactivate the plan on your site.
