  Hello. I have a premium $99 a year on a free theme. The billing cycle hits at an inconvenient time. Although its due to expire in Mid January, my card was hit right at Christmas. Is there a way I can pay half a year in advance and get the annual renewal to hit around June or July? Also, if I purchase a premium theme, would I get some credit from my $99 toward that theme cost? Thank you.
