  What does it mean getting a refund after two billing cycles?

  I’m not entirely sure what you’re referring to.

  I see that you did request a refund today, which we have sent.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement, though usually far less.

  Hello,
  It’s been over 10 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Can you send a receipt for the refund please so I can present it to my bank?
