  My domain needs to be paid and with it, my email addresses. I cant get access to email because my domain isnt paid. I cant get into my account because I lost my password. Please help! my domain is modelogs.com. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). My biz phone is [redacted] and my cell is [redacted]. Thanks in advance.

  @chrismadry, what is the domain name that you need to renew? I’m not seeing any upgrades on your username account. Could the upgrade be under a different username?
