Hello, I can see that I am till billed 558 SEK for this site. I have already cancelled that transaction but it seems to be a duplicate. Could you please refund the 558, I don’t need any access to this site anymore

I can see that the latest charge has been refunded and there’s no duplicates from what I can see.
The refund should appear on the bank statement within 10 working days.
