Billing duplication

I signed up a Personal membership yesterday but seem to have been billed twice for this. Please could you refund one. Thank you.

I can’t see any purchases on the account you are logged in to (joesheard27). If you purchased a Personal plan using a different account, please log in to that one and then reply here.

I believe this is now the correct account. I have checked my Billing history and do not recognise the one relating to europeanfootballblogcom.wordpress.com. Both the Personal account and domain mapping on this seem to be an error.

Yes, this looks to be the right one. From looking at your account I can see that two Personal plans were purchased on 18-Jan-2017 and one was cancelled and then refunded on 20-Jan-2017.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

The purchase for that site was cancelled and you now only have upgrades for europeanfootballdotblog.wordpress.com.
