billing duplicity?

  By consulting my historical billing, I encountered a surprise. There are two charges of the same value on the same date for the same domain.
  Now ask them, so this really correct? Since I believe not, I hope you take a measure for correcting this problem.
  What I suggest?
  I intend to buy a new theme, could you give me credit as the value in the acquisition.
