Billing Enquiry

    Hello
    I have recently been charged $287usd for my plan, however I cannot see any invoices in my account that relates to this, nor any notification of the payment being charged nor any credit card saved in my account. So I am not sure how you have authority to take this payment. I would like to request that you refund the amount you charged me.
    I would also like to downgrade my subscription to the cheapest plan that allows me to have a personalized domain.
