If you cannot use the “Cancel” button on the My Upgrades page Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I see that you were charged twice for the domain renewal with private registration, and our developers have been notified to take a closer look at your account.
I do want to let you know that your domain has been renewed for another year, so you don’t have to worry about it next year.

Okay, I have no doubt I’m going to get a big “sorry not our problem”, but this sucks. Not more than five minutes ago I was about to register for a site. I had all my CC info entered and ready to go. I found out my domain name had an alternate definition that I didn’t like so I close out WordPress. I am using Firefox, I closed out the window. I did not continue on from the screen where I enetered my billing information. Then my email notification pops up saying thank you for registering!!?!?!?!?!??!
Come on guys?!?! I have no doubt this is the first email in a lost list of rejections saying it is my fault but I did not continue after entering billing information. I did not accept any terms and agreements. All I did was exit the screen??! Is there any way someone can help me out here. Of course I spent the next 10 minutes just trying to find a billing department which doesn’t exist. So this is all I’m left with. I do not want the account the it signed me up for. Help! Please! -
