  Hi. I have been billed twice for the WordPress Value Bundle. How can I remove one of them?

  Volunteers can’t help with financial issues. If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement > Store > Billing History please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

  Every value bundle purchase is a one year subscription only. It’s renewable at the end of every year. Note that you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
