Billing error

    Hello,

    I signed up for a one year personal bundle. The price of the bundle is 35.88€.
    After 15 minutes I decided to cancel my subscription and was credited 9.88€ only.
    I used the service less than an hour.
    Could you please explain to me why I’m not being reimbursed the total amount?
