    Hello! It looks like the billing has been credited to the wrong account. My website jampr.co is down and this is where the $$ should have been going

    , the OP is asking about a domain, NOT the WordPress software. If you do a Whois lookup on the domain you’ll see that we’re the domain registrar, meaning only we can help with this.

    Even if we were not the domain registrar, it would not be appropriate to refer the OP to the WordPress.org forums, as they can only help with software issues, not domain issues. For an expired domain only the applicable domain registrar can help someone.
