billing error

    Hi,
    I had changed the method of payment prior to our renewal but it still billed the old credit card. I see the new card in there. Do you know why this happened? Thanks, Lisa

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Can you let us know the URL of your site with the upgrades? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
