Billing error and site removal

Somehow I created two sites, and wanted to upgrade to the premium option ($99/year). I tried to cancel “madwest1858.wordpress.com” but it still exists. Also, my credit card has already been changed the $99, and the trial period started on either 6/8 or 6/9. I tried to cancel and get a refund. That didn’t seem to work either. I would like to delete “madwest1858.wordpress.com” , and credit me for the $99 that was charged early.
The only site I want to keep is “madwestclassof1958.wordpress.com”

I’m sorry for the trouble. I cancelled the Premium trial plan on madwest1958.wordpress.com for you, and I refunded the $99 you were charged. (It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.)

How can I remove the site “madwest1858.wordpress.com”. I have tried several times with no luck. Can you remove it? I want to upgrade my only site to the $99 plan. Should I wait until I have only 1 site available? I don’t want to update until I am sure that it won’t be applied to the the other site.

You can upgrade your site madwestclassof1958.wordpress.com to the Premium ($99) plan at this link:
https://wordpress.com/plans/madwestclassof1958.wordpress.com
That will make sure the plan is applied to that site. (If for some reason the plan ends up on the wrong site, you can transfer it between sites from your My Upgrades page, or you can contact us and we can help you move it to the correct site.)
To remove the other site madwest1858.wordpress.com, you can delete that site permanently if you no longer want the site or that address. (Please keep in mind that once the site is deleted, neither you nor anyone else will be able to use that site address in the future.)

Hello, I’m having a similar issue where I’ve tried to cancel my site (pointsofperspective.wordpress.com) multiple times, have had a lot of trouble in the process, and then I received a $99 upgrade charge this week. Would you be able to please help me permanently cancel my site, and refund me the upgrade cost?
