billing, error, screwed over, help

    Okay, I have no doubt I’m going to get a big “sorry not our problem”, but this sucks. Not more than five minutes ago I was about to register for a site. I had all my CC info entered and ready to go. I found out my domain name had an alternate definition that I didn’t like so I close out WordPress. I am using Firefox, I closed out the window. I did not continue on from the screen where I enetered my billing information. Then my email notification pops up saying thank you for registering!!?!?!?!?!??!
    Come on guys?!?! I have no doubt this is the first post in a lost list of rejections saying it is my fault but I did not continue after entering billing information. I did not accept any terms and agreements. All I did was exit the screen??! Is there any way someone can help me out here. Of course I spent the next 10 minutes just trying to find a billing department which doesn’t exist. So this is all I’m left with. I do not want the account the it signed me up for. Help! Please

    Oh, and yes I noticed my time frame discrepancies. I am a little flustered. This is seriously disappointing!

    You should be able to cancel any purchases from your Dashboard >> Store section – there are two or three options there and one should let you cancel any upgrades

    But in case you can’t find the right tab I have flagged this for the staff to check your account and help you

    Sweet lord! It appears as though I have no subscriptions and I haven’t been charged anything. I greatly appreciate your help and will monitor the Store section and watch for charges. Your help is much appreciated!

    My apologies for jumping to conclusions when I assumed that because an account was created with the initial username I selected, that I was actually charged after exiting the payment screen.

    There is also a billing history at the Store and you also should receive an email each time an upgrade is purchased
