Billing Errors

  Hi.

  I wonder if anyone might have some advice on this. I have a free wordpress account currently, started over a year ago. I have not yet upgraded. This month for the first time I found charges on my credit card.

  Domain Mapping $13
  Domain Registration $5
  Private $8

  Total $26

  Following the links I found a list of charges that will be made to me in upcoming months. Is this some change in policy, something I missed in information given or just an error?

  Custom Design $30.00 Jan 2015
  No Ads $30 Jan 2015
  10 GB $20 April 2015
  Domain Registration $26 Nov 2015

  I can see the name of the representative who made these charges but cannot figure out how to contact her or wordpress.com. Where are there phone numbers?

  I just figured out that (I think) I was looking at an example page. I thought this was about my account and Shawna Roberts is the wordpress representative who is billing me:

  View Your Billing History

  I found my billing history page which says there has been no charges, though I was charged last month $26. I filled out the form you provided.
