    While I’ve twice updated my credit card billing details the JetPack subscription renewal continues to fail, it’s not clear why. I can’t find any customer support phone number or online chat. Please contact me [redacted]

    In the future, if you need help with Jetpack make sure you’re logged into your crccwebmaster WordPress.com user account so you can access Jetpack’s email support here since this is the user account that owns the upgrade:

    Jetpack only provides email support, but they can get you sorted that way.
