I would be happy to assist you with the charges, but there is no history of purchases under the account you are contacting us from. What is the product that was purchased and the site that it was connected to?
To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
