Billing–getting card credited

My domain hosting was apparently set to automatically renew. I’ve tried numerous ways of going to ‘purchases’ as the site directs to cancel this service but it doesn’t give the option, doesn’t even list a card on file or any recent charger/receipts. It is already been charged to my credit card And I’m trying to get the charge reversed or credited but with no success online. There’s also no support other than this for him when you click the ‘support’ or ‘contact us.’ Does anyone have experience Resolving this issue? Many thanks.

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

There are no upgrades connected to the account you’ve contacted us from here. This is why you are not finding the option to cancel the upgrades.
Can you please share the site URL connected to the upgrade.
