I am trying to renew our blog and the problem I have is that the blog was set up by another user that has left the organization. I do not have her password so I am unable to login and make the changes to the billing credit card. How do I make changes to our billing informaiton. Please contact me at [redacted email]. I recently had a charge from WP-fee and I did not authorize it nor is my account set to renew for 90 days. I have tried to contact someone and would like to get this resolved immediately and amicably before contacting my financial institution. Please contact me via private message to resolve.

That’s not going to happen. Request a refund from the Upgrades page of that blog, not the technical support forum. And disable auto renewal.
