  My debit card has been charged by this website twice and it was not authorized by me or even made by my account that I’m currently using to send this from. This is my only account with wordpress which I made a long while ago but I recently came back to see if my billing information was on here but I have not found anything of the sort. I fear someone is using my card for your services and I very much need a refund

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged. So if you were charged, it’s for a site belonging to a different username account.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as suggested above – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
