Good evening,
My name is Tiara and I am not sure when I created this account but you guys didn’t even send me any type of email stating that my billing is coming up or anything. I haven’t even used this in I don’t even know how long and recently I was charged this morning for something I forgot I even had. You guys literally just took the rest of my money and have the nerve to only refund $5. I never got any emails or anything from you guys and I shouldn’t be charged for something I don’t use and I would the rest of my money back.

I’ve refunded the rest of your original purchase price. Expect to receive that in about ten days.
The email notifications are delivered to the email address listed on your account at wordpress.com/me/account/ Give that a look and make sure it’s up to date. Double check the email program for blocked contacts as well, and make sure we aren’t getting caught in their spam filter.
