  Hi there! I’m trying to locate our June invoice in the dashboard and cannot find billing history. Can you please help? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  There is no history of payment under the account that you are contacting us from. What was the charge and the URL of the associated site?

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.

  Hi there!

  I’m contacting you on behalf of my colleague Paige Luben, who was charged $300 for WordPress in June for Students Rising Above. https://studentsrisingabove.org/

  I’m looking for the invoice / receipt for this charge and can not find billing history in our dashboard.

  Please advise. Thank you!

  That site is not hosted here, and the domain is not registered here, and even if it were, we could only release that information to the account holder.

  The site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  In this case, I recommend getting in touch with the merchant listed on the credit card statement.
