    Why is my billing history blank, when I’ve purchased a plan and a domain in the last year?

    Probably because you made that purchase using another account? What is the URL of your site?

    The lgntravis account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us. Looking at our logs, you created this account in July last year, and the first time you’ve logged in since then was six hours ago.

    If you own a site with upgrades with us, it was created using a different username account that’s connected to a different email address.

    Check all your email accounts for any receipt emails for your past purchases. That’s the email address you need to use to log into the correct account.
