  Billing history in account is empty – despite you taking money from credit card. Need copy of invoices and receipts.

  Hi there. Is there a chance that you might have bought the upgrades using a different WordPress.com account? The billing history will only show if you’re logged in to the account that made the purchase: http://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#frequently-asked-questions

  Thank you, but I have also received an email from a member of staff who has resolved the issue and assigned the domain to the correct account.
