Billing History empty

  I have completed the process of purchasing business account and payment is deducted via netbanking from your website through merchant cashfree.com
  But still I haven’t seen the billing History in WordPress accoutn.. please do the need ful as soon as possible

  We’re having a problem with the payment processor in India and our Payments team is investigating this issue. Please don’t attempt to make another purchase as things aren’t working at the moment.

  Hi there!

  Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue.

  Our payments team has been working diligently on this and was able to refund your third payment in full (3254.24 INR) earlier today. You should see that back in your account in a week or so.

  The first two transactions are still showing as “pending” and the team expects those transactions to eventually fail and any money that was a pending should be returned to you. Let us know if you don’t see those cancelled on your end within the next week or so.

  If you want to try and make a new purchase, the payment option you used previously will not be available because of this problem.
