  Adding the ability to View / Print or Send Email Receipt is a nice addition – however the history for No Ads does not show the blog that the upgrade was purchased for –

  Please add the base blog that an upgrade was purchased for – I am Admin on two sites that have upgrades and I can see and print the fact that I have upgrades I have paid for but I can’t tell which blogs the upgrades were purchased for
