  Custom Design provides the option to use custom fonts and CSS:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

  I see you purchased this for derickmelander.wordpress.com in the past but the upgrade expired several years ago. This feature is now also only available through our Premium and Business plans.
