I have received a ‘receipt’ for a $129 payment that I didn’t approve.
How do I stop this payment.

Hi there,
The only upgrade on WordPress.com that costs $129 is the Guided Transfer, but I don’t see that upgrade or any other upgrade/payment in your account.
Please use the Contact link on that page @mariahpierson linked to above to contact us via email, and include other details on the transaction such as the date and the name appearing on your card and we can investigate this further.
